AMRAP 5 Minutes of:
-7 KB Russian swings @70/53
-7 AbMat sit-ups (Toes to bar

AMRAP 6 Minutes of:
-10 Kettlebell SDHP @70/53
-10 Lateral plate hops (side to side over 1 x 45 pound plates. RX+ 2 x 45 pound plates)

*One athlete works, while other rests for all AMRAPS.
