3.Keg – Log – Sandbag – Stone lifting

 

Strongman Obstacle WOD for time:
-1 Cargo net climb
-20 Hammer strikes (rules for hits explained)
-1 Keg lift to @120/60 to 48″/40″
-1 Log transport @85/55
-1 Sandbag transport @120/80
-1 Monkey bar crossing
-1 Stone lift @145/95 Over the bar @55”/48″
-Sprint to finish

*Run through the WOD as many times as you like.
