-4 X 20 Meter shuttle run
-5 Deadlifts @225/185

*Athlete has only 90 seconds per round to complete the shuttle run and all deadlifts

6 Rounds for time of:
-1 Rope ascent @15’ (RX+Legless)
-2 Ground to overhead @185/135 (RX+ @155/95 with fat bar)
-3 Box jumps @30/24
