Skill/Strength: Handstand work (10/15 min)
Work on Handstand walks, HSPU’s, Dumbbell press, Static handstand holds, Ring push-ups

“WALKING DISASTER”

For Time:
-50 Walking Lunges
-40 Pull-Ups
-30 Box Jumps @20 (everyone same height)
-20 Double-Unders
-10 Handstand push-ups
-800 Meter run
-10 Toes to rings
-20 Kettlebell Swings @53/35
-30 Hand release push-ups
-40 Single arm/single dumbbell thrusters (pick a weight)
-50 Walking lunges
