EMOM 10 Minutes
-Even: 10 Push-ups (RX+ with ruck on back)
-ODD: 10 AbMat sit-ups (RX+ take ruck off and complete 10 full sit-ups hands behind head)

AMRAP until time cap is missed.
-1 Burpee
-10 Meter run
-2 Deadlifts @bodyweight

*Keep adding 1 burpee every round until time expires.
Score = Burpees completed.

Afterburner: 1 mile cool down run
