5 sets of 3 reps. Work up to a heavy triple.

6 Rounds for time of:
-3 Clean & Jerks @155/105
-5 Box jumps @24/20
-7 Slamball @20/15

Afterburner: Teams of 2 x 2000-meter row for time. Switch as needed.
