-100 Calorie Row (RX+ AirDyne)
-100 Kettlebell swings @53/35

Coaches notes:
Both athletes can work at the same time. One on the Rower/AirDyne and one on the KBS. HOWEVER….if the athlete stops on the KBS they must hold a Goblet squat w/KB.
