EMOM 10 Minutes of
-8 P2TN (4 per side)
-10 Walking lunge steps w/sandbag @60/40

Rest 5 minutes

EMOM 10 minutes of
-3 Sandbag complex (Squat clean to back squat to thruster)
-10 Sit-ups with sandbag on chest

Afterburner: 3 x 10 bag of body parts
