Set-up, pulling, dropping under bar, OHS, mechanics

Tabata 8 X 20:30
1. Max flutter kicks
2. Max distance reverse bear crawl sandbag drag*
3. Max single arm dumbbell squat snatches**
4. Plank hold (RX+ hands extended as far in front of body as possible)

Time permitting complete Tabata a 2nd time.
