Strength/Stability: Earthquake bar bench press
5 Sets of 5 reps (Bands w/chains or kettlebells)

5 Rounds of: (2 Minute rounds each)
-Row 250 Meters OR 75 Double Unders OR 15 OTB Burpees (Athlete choice)
-Max rep OHS in time remaining @95/65
*Rest 90 seconds between rounds

Score = OHS number total
