15 Minutes work on snatch skill
Coaches work on the basics, then progressions. Folks that have it encourage them to work up to a max triple.

“SANDPIPE MILE”

For Time:
-25 Shoulder Presses
-25 Push Presses
-25 Push Jerks
-400 meter Run
-50 Hang Cleans
-400 meter Run
-50 Snatches
-400 meter Run
-25 Thrusters
-25 Sandpipe sit-ups
-25 Overhead Walking lunges
-400 meter Run

Perform all movements except the run with a Sandpipe.
