Strength: Front Squat’s to box
Warm up then 8 sets of 2 reps @60% 1RM

*Between sets of FS complete Side Lateral KB Raises 3 x 10-12 Reps

WOD

“Death by Burpees” (last completed 6/29/2015)
-1 Burpee
-10 Meter sprint
-2 Thrusters @95/65 (RX+ @115/85)

*Every minute add 1 burpee until failure
