-19 Row (for Calories or on AirDyne)
-7 Thrusters @95/65
-7 Hand release push-ups

Athlete 2 Completes Part 2:
-5 V – Ups
-25 Air Squats
-19 Double Unders
-7 Extensions (Back)
-7 Russian Kettlebell Swings @70/53

*Athletes will switch only after completing their section. All of the section must be completed before athletes can switch.
