-Even: As many Double Unders in 30 – Singles are not acceptable here. Remainder 30 seconds rest
-Odd: 3 Man Makers @heaviest weight possible.

AMRAP 15 minutes of:
-5 Odd object lifts*
-10 Slamball @30/20
-15 Wall ball shots @20/14

*Odd objects are to be lifted from flat on the floor to shoulder. They will be laid out and you will rotate with whatever is there:
Sandbags: 120/100/80/60/50
Stones: 145/95/45
Slamball: 50’s
Kegs: 120/60
Logs: 100/55
