-EVEN: 3 front squats @max load w/o rack
-ODD: 10 No squat wallball shot @20/14 @max height*

* This is from a static standing position without squatting. Wallball from the chest and throw to max height against wall.

3 Rounds for time of:
-400 Meter run
-20 Slamball @20/15 (for speed)
-15 Kettlebell swings @35/26 (Speed American)
-10 Body blasters
