You can’t out exercise a bad diet installment #1: Alcohol is empty sugar calories that turn to fat which means extra pounds. If you have been working out for a long time and your body is not changing, look at what you drink! Folks, just because you can slurp it down without chewing on it doesn’t mean it doesn’t count! If you can’t say “no” to the booze maybe it’s time to ask for help? What you drink is just as important as what you eat! Say no to booze or admit your dream body and your health are secondary to your enjoyment of adult beverages. Tough love because I care.
