Stamina: 6 Rounds of 100 Meter sprints on rower + 5 Wallball shots @20/14 (10’ and 9‘)
60 Second max time given per round then rest 60 seconds. For larger classes have athletes take turns during athlete 1 rest period.

“DOWN THE RIVER”
Teams of 2 will complete (blackout timer)
AMRAP 13 Minutes of:
-100 Meter row sprint
-100 Meter running sprint

*Partner 1 will row then sprint, tag partner and they will go. Keep rotating until time expires.
*Rowers can be taken outside for evening classes. For morning classes, you can line up rowers at one end of box, do the row and shuttle run in the box.
