“32” Tribute Workout for Jennifer

4 Rounds for time of:
-4 Rope climbs @15’
-9 Wall-ball sit-ups to 5’ target @20/14
-12 Thrusters @100/70
-400 Meter run with:

Round 1 – @2 x 25/2 x 15 pound bumpers
Round 2 – @45/35-pound Olympic bar
Round 3 – @2 x 25/2 x 15 pound bumpers
Round 4 – @45/35-pound Olympic bar

After completing all 4 rounds the bar and plates must be reassembled. Athlete will then finish on top of 24-inch box to stop clock.
