Strength: MILO W3D5 +20

 

For time:

Round 1: 10-30-30

Round 2: 8-25-30

Round 3: 6-20-30

Round 4: 4-15-30

Round 5: 2-10-30

 

*Each number in the round is a different movement. The order of movements is as follows:
-Power cleans (RX+ use Fat bar)

-Double unders

-AbMat sit-ups

Example: Round 1 is 10 Power cleans @135/95, 20 Double unders, 30 AbMat sit-ups.  

 

RX+ REST 3 minutes then: (clock keeps running from WOD 1)

12-9-6 of:

-Box step-ups @24/20 holding dumbbells @30/25

-Push-ups on dumbbell handles

 

Afterburner: 4 x 30 second plank holds
