-10 Knees to elbow

-10 Bench press @155/105 (RX+ @BW if above RX load)

-50 Meter row (RX+ Green band on row)

-10 Sandbag get-ups @30 (RX+ 40lbs +)

-10 Russian kettlebell swings @53/35
