AMRAP 3 minutes of:

-5 Snatches @95/65

-20 Double unders

 

*REST 3 Minutes

 

AMRAP 2 minutes of:

-3 Snatches @95/65

-15 Double unders

 

*REST 2 Minutes

 

AMRAP 1 minute of:

-1 Snatch @95/65

-5 Double unders

 

RX+ will complete the following work during rest periods:

-During 3 minute rest: 25 Pull-ups 

-During 2 minute rest: 20 Pull-ups

-During 1 minute rest: 15 Pull-ups

 

Afterburner: 5 Toes to bar every 30 seconds for 3 minutes
