AMRAP 3 Minutes of:

-3 Snatches @75/55

-6 Slamball @30/20

 

Rest 3 minutes

 

AMRAP 3 Minutes of:

-6 Slamball sit-ups @30/20

-1 OTB burpee*

 

*add 1 OTB burpee every round you complete
