12 Minute running clock (Round 1 is @3-2-1-go then every 2 minutes)

-100 Meter row

-10 Kettlebell taters @53/35

 

*add 25 meters every 2 minutes and decrease KBT by 1.

Min 2 – 125 meter row and 9 KBT

Min 4 – 150 meter row and 8 KBT

Min 6 – 175 meter row and 7 KBT

Min 8 – 200 meter row and 6 KBT

Min 10 – 225 meter row and 5 KBT

Min 12 – 250 meter row and 4 KBT

 

Afterburner: roll out shoulders with lacrosse balls.
