-1 Mile team run (both athletes run together)
Work and rest as needed in teams of 2 to complete all of the above. Athletes can start anywhere they choose and chip it all away.
This Memorial WOD is dedicated to Joe Lengel a CrossFit competitor and owner of CrossFit Toledo in Ohio – Joe was murdered while opening his gym and died surrounded by those he coached.
