Monster Mash Team WOD (teams of 3)

0:00 – 5:00 AMRAP Barbell burpees @95/65

5:00 – 10:00 AMRAP Toes to rings

10:00 – 15:00 AMRAP Squat cleans @95/65

15:00 – 20:00 AMRAP Rope climbs @15′


Teams will be in a circle to complete the weighted movements. One right after the next will perform the movement. (one at a time) Rope climbs and T2R will also be one at a time.
