Skill work: Monkey bars

 

4 Rounds (no time):

-5 Push jerks (Increase load each round for a heavy 4th round)

-10 Slamball @30/20

-15 Back squats (Increase load each round for a heavy 4th round)

-20 Hanging windshield wipers

 

Afterburner: 3×10 walking lunge/stretch steps
