I decided at a young age that I wanted to change the world. I wanted to make it a better place and leave behind a legacy of caring, hope and compassion. I wanted to express the love I learned and felt, through my faith, to all people. I knew I wanted to make a difference. That is one reason I became a school teacher.
My passion is helping others. I love the life-changes I see in people at the gym every day. I love the fact that the changes I see in them extend beyond our walls and carry over into their daily lives. We have a positive, healthy, encouraging group of athletes and friends here at our box. We have some amazing people here! I have always been involved in community service and I have been given an amazing platform and opportunity: I work tirelessly and passionately to bring community service events to our box.
The name Molon Labe takes on special significance for me. Little did I know that shortly after we opened our facility I would be diagnosed with breast cancer. Well, I was in the fight for my life! I am happy to say that with much prayer, encouragement and medical treatments, I’m well. Furthermore, I’m here to tell others that no matter your battle: “Molon Labe!” Fight! Don’t give up on yourself or your dreams.
There are many struggles in life. Just getting through the day to day routine can be difficult for any of us. I get it. I’m a busy mom, a business woman and a wife. At the gym, I run 24 Day Challenges, meal prep workshops, plan events, and meet with anyone who signs up for a consult. I hope I get to meet you soon. A couple more things: I love traveling, puppies and babies. Did I mention I especially love babies?
