CrossFit Boot Camp is a fun, fast-paced workout for all levels of fitness. It will meet you where you are at and challenge you.  You will see the results! Your energy level will go up. You will tone up and you will feel stronger. There will be no Olympic lifts involved.  Come check it out. The 9 a.m. class is for ladies only and we provide the free childcare.  The noon class is open to all. The class is designed to be completed in 40 minutes from warm-up to cool down.  We hope to see you there.
